Sexto is a party series in Lisbon, born from the vision of the Ukrainian music collective known as Kultura Zvuku, which quickly became a significant part of Lisbon's nightlife. The series represents a new chapter in Kultura Zvuku's journey, continuing the legacy of a beloved club from Kharkiv, Ukraine, which stood at the emblematic address of 6 Kharkiv Embankment Street. This connection is symbolically carried forward in the name "Sexto," meaning "sixth" in Portuguese, reflecting both a nod to their origins and a commitment to their future in Lisbon.

Sexto's events are distinguished by their diverse musical selection, aiming to blend local, Ukrainian, and international talents. Already 9 Sexto parties happened in Lisboa featuring artists like DMX Krew, Dr. Banana, Christian AB, Koloah, Ponura, Attechtion Plese etc. Each party usually features the presence of at least one artist from Ukraine, one local representative from Portugal, and one international guest, creating a varied musical tapestry that mirrors the team's eclectic taste. The series prides itself on introducing each artist to the audience, ensuring attendees are well-informed and engaged with the musical offerings.

The choice of venue for Sexto parties varies, adding an element of surprise and discovery to the Lisbon nightlife scene. Central to the Sexto experience is the emphasis on sound quality, with the VOID acoustic sound system providing an unparalleled auditory experience. This commitment to high-quality sound underlines the team's dedication to creating an immersive and memorable experience for the crowd.

As Sexto continues to evolve and grow within Lisbon's dynamic cultural landscape, it stands as a beacon of creativity, unity, and innovation. This series not only honors the legacy of its Ukrainian roots but also embraces the vibrant diversity of Lisbon, promising a unique and inclusive nightlife experience that bridges cultures, connects communities, and celebrates the universal language of music.

Sexto's journey from the historic embankment of Kharkiv to the streets of Lisbon is a testament to the enduring spirit of music and community. Through passion, dedication, and a commitment to quality, Sexto continues on its path, inviting all to come together in celebration of diversity, creativity, and the power of music.

The Kyiv-based, temporarily displaced producer and rave hero Koloah significantly impacted the Ukrainian electronic scene. For more than a decade, his musical path has taken him through a cross-section of underground, famous clubs and parties such as Closer, Cxema, ∄, Tresor, Berghain, and more.

Producing in different genres, you may recognize him under aliases — Tropical Echobird and Voin Oruwu — but no matter under that name he is performing, his music has always spoken of unifying raw energy. Koloah’s discography of 15 releases includes the experimental LP “Etudes From A Starship” on the Ukrainian label Kvitnu and various club releases on such labels as Banoffee Pies, Hyperboloid, Cut Records, Soulection, Car Crash Set. In 2020 he founded the label Salon Imaginalis, a platform for realizing non-genre music.

With every release, he declares a strong statement. His 2021 album “Millennium Sun” is about the future, which starts today: «It’s an album about the changing times, the new era where science and technology coexist with wars and dictatorship, where world hunger exists alongside space travel.» Inspired by sci-fi classics he mixes sounds reminiscent of film soundtracks with jungle, bass, electro, and trance to create the atmosphere of a nightclub in the city of the future that has come. With a cinematic feel and an optimistic tone, he encourages us to live in hope and dream of a better future. His latest album, “Serenity,” up where “Millennium Sun’s” few purely ambient tracks left off. Pitchfork’s highly rated release described it as a “mournful ambient meditation on wartime upheaval.” The album was premiered with an audiovisual live show at such festivals as CTM and Nuit Sonores.
